Having a hard time falling asleep? This short blog will help you. It usually takes me around 5 minutes everyday to fall asleep. Going to sleep everyday around the same hour makes falling asleep easier. Getting some type of exercise or working during the day will make you tired enough to fall asleep. Counting sheep in your head, not drinking caffeine, and not eating anything before bed helps too. If you stare at any type of light when you are awake it will make it harder to fall asleep because it messes with melatonin in your body which is a chemical in your body. Try to avoid staring at computer screens, television screens, or any light about 1 hour before you go to bed. Read a very boring book or maybe this blog. Hopefully this helps.
